Marketing Makes the Difference

I've been pushing myself to try new places every chance here. I mean I'm only in Dublin for three weeks so I feel like when I do go out I should be trying new places. And on my way in to work yesterday I was looking for a different place to pick up a cup of coffee and nearly tripped over a place called The Bald Brista. How can you not walk into a place called that?

There was quite a line which usually means whatever you're waiting for is worth it. And it was. The master Barista behind the counter was bald so I just joked saying, "So you must be the Bald Barista. Nice place you have here."

He smiled saying, "That I am. Thanks." And as he turned around to make the coffee he had a fancy tattoo across the back of his head that said "The Bald Barista" When he handed me the coffee he said, "I make sure everyone knows I own this place."

Then I looked at the cup my coffee was in and saw that he's not only proud of his coffee that wants you to remember him. 

I laughed. And you know what? I've been back twice!
