First of all corned beef is an American thing. They’ve never had it here. It was what they could afford in the US that was most like ham and here ham is called bacon. So here you can find bacon and cabbage and you can find potatoes on pretty much any menu, (often many versions of potatoes) but Ireland has so much more to offer.
