It's a long road; keep your eyes open

One of the things I love so much about Ireland is that you can actually stumble upon magical paths and fields, undeveloped areas and such tranquil spots to sit and think. Clearly I most often look for those along the coast. But here in the midlands they are never far away. Of course there are advertised gardens and attractions, but there are also a lot of paths that you just feel like you should follow. So usually do. And look at what you might find.
