The Great Umbrella Tour of 2017 Continues
Since last I wrote about this umbrella and its way of adding to the miles I walk in a day, it has been left in a few more interesting places and I thought I’d update it’s path.
It was left on a train from Galway to Dublin…but I did notice I didn’t have it before I actually stepped off the train which saved me a panic and a dash through the lead car to get it back.
It was almost left on a bus to the airport.
It was retrieved from a hotel room after we checked out.
It took a ride in a horse cart in Dublin when the twins where here.
Oh…that’s Mandy sitting on the horse. It was taking her picture that I saw the umbrella in the background.
And because you can't show one twin and not the other....here they are together at the Leprechaun Museum.
It made a debut in the bell tower of Christchurch Cathedral. Oops...didn't see that sign there. And let me just say, if you choose to go and ring the bells don’t take an umbrella up the spiral stair case. It makes it a more difficult climb because it’s so narrow. Lesson learned.
